Main PIC in new trials and features that are proposed to Maxis to enhance user experiences, such as adaptive CA, Enhanced Frequency Selection Scheduling and uplink carrier aggregation.
- SRAN Upgrade
Involved in software upgrade and testing for SRAN15.1 and 16.1. Performing field test case and stats monitoring.
- POC Trials
Prove of concept of Dynamic Spectrum Sharing of LTE and 5G.
Assisted on the trial of LTE and 5G DSS for L18. The trial was successfully proved as the first DSS in Malaysia.
- 5G testing
-Sran16.1 upgrade to LTE sites to enable for 5G implementation
Field test of 5G to verify the service and benchmark.
-LNR DSS between LTE and 5G. We successfully implemented Dynamic Spectrum Sharing between LTE and 5G for 20 sites in KV region.
-5G MOCN test for Maxis and Celcom
-Designed VBA Macro that processes raw data and output the results in graphical charts. The Macro is used to monitor the performance.
- Massive MIMO
Main PIC and team lead for Dualband Massive MIMO. which is the latest technology solution for the increasing traffic hence the gain. Related features such as Intelligent Beam Shaping, Smart Beam Scheduling implemented and optimized.
- QoS management testing
In this test I successfully prioritize QoS for QCI 7 scheduling priority for enterprise users.

Designed Macro which processed thousands of records and provide estimation on the growth of the network’s traffic. Based on this information, Management deciding where to invest such as expanding Coverage areas, adding Capacity layers. - NPM (Network Performance Monitoring)
Assisted on network performance, extracted worse performed cells, find the root cause of poor performance and optimize these cells. - Delivery and acceptance for SSV, SSO, PAC and FAC
Biggest role was being part of delivery team. Involved in Single Site Verification, Single Site optimization, Cluster Pre acceptance and Cluster Final Acceptance.

Parameter’s consistency check is an important task to maintain parameters of the network and check their consistency with optimized value. - MSPM OSS monitoring daily, weekly, and monthly network performance.
Excel and VBA Macros created to automate and produce graphs to monitor the network performance. The designed Macros used by vendor and customer. - Planning and TSS verification

As cluster owner in northern region, sites optimization and cluster optimization, new sites on air in daily basis. - Worse cell KPI and KQI optimization. Achieved KPIs and KQIs milestones for Celcom territories in Northern Region
- Designed Excel dashboard for KPIs and KQI that helped to visualize the trend which showed the gain in user experience.
